This is gonna be a short entry, cause I have a major headache settling in for the night.
Warren was home on 8 hour pass today, and he had a 4 hour pass last night. He was thrilled and so we we. Mike actually behaved himself for the most part, mainly by staying out of my way.
It was even gorgeous out today. Warren spent a lot of time riding his bike and enjoying the fresh air, which is pretty much a non existant commodoty at the hospital. HE also helped (re: did most of the work) make the pumpkin pies and the whipped cream. He was thrilled that I made my famous stuffing with mushrooms, and my sweet potatoes with the brown sugar and cinnamon and butter, even if we didn't have marshmellows. HE also loves my mashed potatos. I don't normally cook big full, multi course meals, but for holidays its fun to get cook happy. I love to cook, I just don't like cleaning up or looking at the left overs for days on end. I'm not the world's biggest turkey fan, once or twice a year is all the turkey I can handle. Give me a nice honey glazed spiral ham with augratin potatos anyday. (My Chrismtas and Easter dinner speciality).
Enough on food. Mike is supposed to be moving out this weekend. AS soon as he is out, I am hopping my mom can come down, I don't think I will have too much trouble asking her to help me pay for changing the locks, on both doors.
The agency I was with, not Job service ND, but the other private one, called on Wed, but I didn't get bavck to them in time. I am calling Friday, they said they may have a position I might be intersted in, so I have my fingers and toes crossed. A job would definately be a plus right now. I am so desperate for a working in come I breifly considered applying at HOL (in West acres) or even Wal Mart or Toys R US, just to have the extra money until I find a job, as the amount I get on unemployment borders on the humorous. Good Luck is definately something I need in copious amounts right now.
My head feels like I have the Anvil Chorus, going on inside, I need caffiene desperately but I doubt I will see any until tommorow.
Till then Metaphors Be With You.

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.
I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.
I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
