Thankfully that's over (see prev entry). It wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought it would be, thought it wasn't exactly a picnic either. Another milestone in club womanhood. Yay me. I was suprised actually at how fast it was over. It pulled more on my collarbone area between my arm and boob than anywhere else. Either that or I just have a higher pain tolerance than many.

Good thing it's pay day tommorrow as I'm about broke, as per usual. At least we have a home and food and other luxeries like electricity, toilet paper and indoor plumbing so things could be worse.

I've still got a lot of housework to do, or rather ignore when I get home, but thinking about it ought to count for something, right??

I was sorry to have to work on Tuesday and miss the inaguration, but I did sit up adn watch the Neighborhood ball and the news reports. "God bless America" its about time we joined the 21rst century. Now if only we can reach the point, where no body care what color, gender or orientation our leader is, only that he/she is a good person and does what is best for the country and the planet. BTW, am I the only one who for some reason thinks Michelle Obama reminds them of Clair Huxtable from the Cosby Show. Same timeless classy style, same strenghth and refusal to put up with any crap. With a mom like that Malia and Sasha should turn out quite well.

Time to go pretend the dishes aren't in the sink, and the laudry doesn't need washing and the floor have already been cleaned by the vaccuum fairy.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
