My poor Baby is still sick

Poor Warren. Just when I finished typing my last entry the poor kid had another bathroom explosion. What ever it is that isn't liking him, decided to erupt out of both ends at once this time. Thank God I have a bottle of Lysol in the bathroom. Being a mother is not a job for the squemish or the faint of heart. I used to get ill at the thought of someone else being ill, after 9 years of motherhood, I have cleaned up enough body fluids to, well more than one wishes to imagine. YUCK!!

I called the Heathline Nurse at Meritcare and given all the details it looks like he should be okay. He was a little feverish, but fell asleep rather well. He doesn't seem to be dehydtrated. I hope he is well tommorrow. He has a pool party at school in the morning, as a reward for the class having good behavior in music and phy ed all year. I also can't afford much more time off work. I have a major must keep at all costs appointment on Thursday and if he isn't well I will have to either a) drag a sick child with me or b) call in on Wed (tommorrow) and pray to my strongest that they will let me reschedule. Either way I feel I am sunk. I am hoping it is just one of those nasty viruses.

Right now he is sleeping in my bed with Xena lying next to him, stretched out and feeling rather spoiled. I've never seen a cat so docile with him before. I am amazed at how much she puts up with being hugged and held and cuddled. I can tell she would rather have a litte more room , but Warren just loves her to pieces. She kinda looks at me like , "eh, at least I get kitty treats out of the deal". Its a good thing she doesn't have access to the deed for the house or I think she would trade it for a supply of kitty treats. Chloe is too picky for them, but I think Xena Bean (as Warren calls her) would eat her self sick on them, like some sort of kitty kandy.

Well since I have to get up early tommorrow, (when don't I) I guess I better "crawl under the haystacks fast asleep".

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
