Eventually they grow out of the toddler and baby stages and you are faced with the challange of a Warren Michael age 3full fledged preschooler. Now there are the new challanges. Discovering letters and numbers. Discovering the joys of "jog-it mommy" when running thru the parking lot. Because that is the only thing that helps them remember to always hold Mommy's hand and besides it's fun. There is also the joy of finding really neat new rocks. Only they don't understand why they can't take home every pretty rock they find. There are so many of them. Then they grow more and they start kindergarten. Only its harder than anyone anticipated and they end up repeating it. But then it works out, because they are the oldest and the bigest in the class, and the second time thru is a breeze. Unfortunately Mom isn't able to get any digital pics of this, only the old fashioned film kind. Then comes first and second grade. Each with Warren Michael age 5it's own unique challanges. Eventually childhood starts to change and a develop in to a new stage. This is a stage where Mommy is starts to feel like she has fallen on to a new planet. Suddenly the sweet loving little boy, who was all cute and Warren Michael age 6 months. Scrub a dub dubcuddly and happily cooing to all who would give him attention has changed. He is still a bright wonderful and loving boy. But he is suddenly not so little. He is on the cusp of a whole new adventure. And all around him are along for the ride.On the cusp of a whole stage. Warren Michael age 8 years and 9 months

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
