A brand new kitty at our house (maybe)

Five whole freaking hours and I lived to tell the tale I can't believe it. First we had a minor meltdown over which walk in clinic to go to. We wound up going to the one on Broadway. That didn't have too many problems. Then I took hinm to the Moorhead Walmart while he waited for his test results. (apparently he is having some issues in the manly areas with regaards to bathroom functions. nuff said). That wasn't too bad. Then I took him to Cashwise, for groceries. He was complainign about Cashwise and I said I couldnt'complain as they did pay our bills for 7 years. He made a comment that that wasn't the only thing that paid the bills. I digress, but I let it slide. Warren and I waited in the car. HE came back after about half an hour and complained because I parked too far away. Whatever. Then when I opened the trunk for the groceries he went semi psycho about the mess in the trunk. I just ignored him. I've learned to treat him like a child, a 6 ft 2 in 40 year old child, but a child none the less. After I stopped at Hardees to use the bathroom things were better. Then we went back to Meritcare for a while. Then I took him home and Warren is staying there for a few hours. We left at 11:30 and it was after 4:30 by the time I got home.

I still need to get more work done, not sit here and play on the computer, even if it is more fun. (also note too self, never buy generic dishsoap again, no matter how much you save, it just isn't worth it. Trust me on this).

On a happy note, I may be adding a third kitty. On a trial basis at first, so the natives can decide how they feel. I would love another kitty. I have one sleeping at my foot, and one that comandeers the pillow above my head (she also has a hair fetish). I love kitties, especially calicos. Chloe is a Calico. I only forgot to ask one thing. Chloe and Chester have both had the vet surgically alter their urges. I don't know if Xena has been fixed yet. I guess I should have asked that. Speaking of kitties, Chloes is sitting on the chair next to me and sleeping like she always does when ever I sit here. I will have to get her information next week, it should be fun. I am sure Warren will be thrilled. Chester is a very very easy going cat. He is the easist going kitty I know, but he also likes to play rough. Chloe is a rather uptight kitty, who prefers people to Chester. They have been together since they were kittens so I felt I had to adopt both of them even though we only intended to get one kitty. They have pretty much established a routine and a pattern of interacting. Which unfortunatley does include the occasional 3 am game of kitty tag. But I love my kitties anyway. I've never met a kitty I didn't like even a psycho kitty. I'll probably be a cat lady when I grow old. Heck somedays I think I like cats better than some people.

This isn't accomplishing anything. I would like to get a load of laundry in, and then I plan on throwing to gether a batch of cookies. Warren needs something for snack this week and I am sadly limited in the money department till the support check comes in, or my paycheck hits. which ever is first. At least Monday is pizza day at work, so I dont' need to make lunch. I also feel like baking. Chocolate cookies with white chips. I usually prefer scratch baking, but I picked up a Nestle kit cheap at Wally World a while back so I will try that, as I also feel lazy. Of to laundry land while I watch another sappy Christmas Special. At least this one has Whoopi Goldberg so its not a total waste. I love Whoopi.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
