Friday Fives

1. What are the first things that you do in the morning to start your day?
After hitting the snooze alarm several times, I usually roll out of bed, get something started for breakfast (lately water for instant oatmeal), then get Warren up and dressed. While he is eating I take my shower and get dressed. Then I make sure he has everything and is ready to go. He gets on the bus, and I leave for work. On my way to work I have to stop at M&H to fill my mug with Coke or Dew. Then I get to work.
2. What are the last things that you do at night before going to bed?
Read to Warren, hop on line, change into some cozy grungy clothes and watch tv.
3. What daily routine have you recently added to your day?
Other than changing to a different after school care, which changes my driving routine a bit, I havent' really changed anything in my day.
4. What routine do you wish you get rid of?
I would love to eliminate housework from my daily grind, believe me if I could afford a maid I would have one!
5. What's the one thing that makes you feel like something is missing if you don't do it some point within your day
If I am up late and miss either my morning shower or my stop at M&H, my whole day is off kilter.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
