Well so far so good. Keep all fingers crossed. Warren hasn't gotten in any trouble and/or mess up...YET.. I still don't trust him, much, but no one can blame me for that after all I've been thru. He still has that Warren attitude but its not as bad as before.
Stupid me managed to slice a nice slit in the end of my right thumb by making contact with the business end of a pareing knife while attempting to do dishes the old fashioned soap in sink way. Its small, but hurts like a mofo on fire.
The economy seems to be getting tight enough that it is cutting off the blood supply to some people's brains. I don't know about you, but if I order someing I check my order as soon as I recieve it, I don't wait a month and then call to say I am missing something or soemthing was broken (I work for a supplement company, if it were computers or appliances I could understand differently). I also have to laugh at a customer who canceled his order because I wouldn't honor a sale price....from 10f MONTHS AGO!! I felt like telling him to let me know when he can find a business that will honor prices from almost a year ago and maybe we'll talk. A week or so ago maybe, stuff happens, but a YEAR!!. And then there are the people trying to return stuff that they purchased a year or more ago, (here's a hint, if it expires 01/09, it was probably bottled in 01/07 or so, meaning you ordered it sometime in early spring of 07 or so, depending on item. our invoices clearly state we only honor returns with in a year of the original PURCHASE date, and that they must be something left. Sheesh
Our nice weather was great while it lasted (where but ND does 30 above qualify as gorgeous warm weather, but I guess that is our price of admission. California has earthquakes, Illinois has Blagoivich, and ND/MN have windchills that would make a polar bear shiver.
PS also say a prayer for my co-worker and good friend who's 80 year old mother is had Gall Bladder surgery on Friday. I'm sure she is fine, but good wishes can never hurt.
Keep Warm everyone.

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.
I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.
I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
