My my, at waterloo napoleon did surrender
Oh yeah, and I have met my destiny in quite a similar way
The history book on the shelf
Is always repeating itself
Waterloo by ABBA

First of all, I am breathing a sigh of relief all my recent medical tests were negative and my liver is as healthy as ever.

Warren had a bit of setback last week, but he seems to be recovering alright. Just another case of history repeating itself again. I'm just glad we are all still on the road going ahead. With this kid it always seems to be 4 steps forward and 2 steps back. At least we are still moving in the right direction. Now if only he could find somthing other than anger to vent his anxiety with. {more proof that he is my son}.

He seems to still be doing good at school, though I think it may be stressing him more than he cares to realize. Lucky kid, gets to go to Mpls next week on a school trip. He's not crazy about the idea of leaving at 5am though. hehe...

I seem to be loosing my mojo. I am still eating very well, practically vegan, aside from a very occassional egg. I'm living on grains and veggies. But I can't seem to get my butt up in the am anymore, and at night I'm usually either busy or pooped to do any real exercising. I've done some walking and hit the gym a couple times, but not like I used to. I'm so paranoid I'm going to gain back weight, but then I've also been thinking, how much is fat and how much is just extra skin, I can't afford to remove. {even if I could get BC/BS to pony up, there is still the matter of being off work and laid up}. One battle at a time.

The best news was at my checkup when my blood pressure dropped to 116/62. WOW..

Oh and I found a practically like new, scanner/printer/fax on the blvd. It has all the cables, disks, paperwork etc.. Its an HP and a very nice one. I haven't hooked it up yet, but if it works, expect lots of retro photo entries.

Now if only some of this rain would move westward. We're getting drenched and my mom's part of the state is having a drought comoplete with fire warnings, and prairie fire issues.

Hitting the shower and having a little mom and son time. Still on for a 12 hr with Tallboy tommorrow as well. {I think he's grown another inch, I swear}.

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
