I don't have a whole lot of time to write this as the library is closing soon.

The eyeglass dilemma has been solved. I no longer look like the nerd I am. The eyeglass place wasn't able to fix them, and the warrenty was out. My insurance won't cover another pair until January. But thanks to a recommendation from the lovely lady at Sterling, I was able to get my glasses fixed. It cost me $20, which was a bit much, but if I ever need jewlery, Riddles will definately be at the top of my list. The very nice gentleman there did a wonderful job of soldering them back together, and treated me very nice, despite the fact I was wearing a shirt with salad dressing stains (had just eaten in the mall food court, store is in mall), and was wearing glasses held together with scotch tape.). I don't know who he is, but he was a great representative of customer service.

Warren seemed to do good at his appointments, though he was so cranky all day. By 4pm he was napping and seemed to be in a much better mood afterward. hmmm. He also complains of headaches alot. I'm beginning to wonder if he may not be having migraine issues. It could explain alot, like his bieng sick, adn then recovering so quickly. Time to get another doctor opinion I guess. It is worth a shot. He already has a Pdoc, a councilor, a pediatrictian, and on occassion a dermatologist. I guess Dr. M (ped, since his birth), would be a good place to start. Any suggestions? Ideas?

My finger is much better. It still looks really gross, but I no longer howl in pain if I touch it, and I can definately see it healing. Who knew a simple paper cut could cause so much trouble.

Does anyone know a great way to get spaghetti sauce out of the carpet? Warren decided to trip and feed the carpet worms tonight. He did a pretty good job of cleaning it up, but tomato on a light carpet, is never a good thing. Hopefully we can get it out, before his room starts to smell worse than it already does. I'd hate anyone to see his room, they would think I was abusing or neglecting him or something. It is that big of a pig sty. I had to wash his blankets today, and they reeked. Not of anything bad, just of unclean body odor (he does bathe quite regularly) and I don't know what, probably soda or chips spilled. GROSS

I can't wait until the weekend. I am so not looking forward to working tommorrow.

Closing time, gotta bounce!

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
