Attention Walmart Shoppers! If the elastic in your daughters pants is so shot, that the only way to keep her pants from falling down is to safety pin them to her curiously matching underwear, and he shirt is so short that were she old enough to have boobs she would have been arrested, please make sure that new clothes are on your list of items to buy. Six is way to young to be a hootchie mama in training. Thank you.

Seriously, I just don't understand some parents. I think most people would consider clothes that aren't two sizes to small and need to be pinned to undergarments to stay on, a top priority of parenthood. It kind of ranks up there with shoes and vegetables, or maybe that's just me.

Warren and all of his class got to go on the field trip, so he was pretty happy about that. He is also thrilled that he is up to level two, even if that means he has to worked harder for fewer points. He still hates his teachers but he seems to be dealing. Tommorrow is my monthy meeting with his teachers and staff, it should be quite intersting to see if their perceptions match with mine. He was so thrilled he had to call me at work as soon as he got home from school. He nearly scared me to death as he knows to call me at work, it better be important, if he calls me cause he can't find the peanut butter, he'll never hear the end of it. But for this I can understand. I was very happy for him. If he hadn't got in trouble with the bus, he would have made it much sooner. Hopefully he has learned his lesson.

I must be getting old, its only 8:20 and I already feel like going to bed, to think it was only 20 years ago, I was operating on 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night, and still managed to pull off A's and B's. Damn I feel ancient.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
