The return of the Bicycle...

Thank you everyone for good wishes and good vibes. We are very lucky, it seems the West Fargo PD, found Warren's bike before we even had a chance to file a police report, since I didn't have time to come down there until after work.

Warren rode his bike up there from daycare f(just a few blocks away) and identified it right away. But they wouldn't let him have it until I came there. We had to prove it was ours (it was easy enough with Warren's modifications to identify it). It now has a liscense and is back home safe and sound.

We have a few ideas of who may have taken it, but no evidence or witnesses. Come Friday, we are getting a lock. I also have make, model and serial number on file as well as it is liscensed (only a dollar - sheesh!!) with the West Fargo Police department, so if there ever is a next time, (and there better not be), it will be much easier to get it back if it is found.

Alls well that ends well.

My hand is still a bit sore, but not to bad. Though it looks like the thumb that hasn't worked since I broke my arm almost 8 years ago, wasnt' a nerve issue, but a possible 'exploded tendon'?? I'm not sure what that means, but it doesn't sound good when the Dr. Starts talking about hand surgeons. I've lived with it this long, it makes things a little interesting sometimes, but hardly qualifies as a disability, more of an inconvience. So I have to decide if I want to go back to an orthopedist, or not. (they didn't find it the first time??").

Why do I feel like an episode of some medical drama all of a sudden? Add in my son's issues, and the warts he will be getting burned off in August and I feel like we should get some sort of volume discount.

Don't forget to check out the new poll, I put up in honor of the occassion. I'd love to hear if other's have had things of personal or monetary value stolen, by stupid people with no respect for others.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
