Greetings I bring you great exhaustion and some chocolate covered potato chips too.

Yes you read that right, chocolate covered potato chips. For of you not from the ND/MN area, it is a local delicacy. I don't know who first came up with it, but it is quite good. Sweet and salty, sugar, fat, salt, crunch, and chocolate all in the same snack. I don't buy them very often as they have enough calories to make Twiggy turn into Roseanne, but they are good. Ritz crackers also go well with chocolate amazingly enough, so I discovered during finals back in the college days.

In other news, Mike decided to tell me today, that since I won't "love" him. (IE, I refuse to boink somebody soley for the sake of physical pleasure, I have some standards regardless of how it may look), he has found another girlfriend. What ever dude. Now you can be her problem, unless she has a brain, in which case she will drop you like and overheated spud. Lets just hope this chicklet doesn't have a working uterus. There are already to many little Mikey's out there. Some guys just never seem to learn. I guess that is what happens when you keep getting your brains caught in your zipper.

I think I am liking my new job. Its a lot to learn, and I'm not used to having to correctly pronounce 12 syllable words on the fly, but I can learn fast. Its also a bit of a challange to switch my mind from a Windows mindset to a As/400 mindset, where many of the keys do different things that what I have been used to the last 3 years.

oh yeah, will the person from Emerson.edu, with the 199. something ip that I am too lazy to look the rest of up, who has been reading my diary like crazy tonight, be so kind as to sign the guestbook or leave me a note. I'm just very curious to see who finds me so gosh darn interesting. I'm flattered really. Unless of course you don't like me, in which case well to each his own.

Tommorrow is my run day. Warren wants to bake bread for his wheat unit, I have a ton of dishes and laundry, my home already has that over worked mother look, I need groceries, and I really really want ot see ST. Oh yes, and did I mention I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet.

Dear God, this year could you do me a favor and change the solar system just a tinge. I need about at 30 hour day, and a slighly less need for sleep. Oh and maybe add and extra day to the week and move Christmas up. That would really be great. I can wait until next year for the self cleaning house. Yours Truly Holly

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
