Third day this week I pushed the lateness envelope. I have no idea what is going on, for me this is so totally out of character.

Yesterday I was off, so of course I had no trouble being up, today, I woke up with 25 minutes to get out of bed, be publicly acceptable, make a lunch and get my butt to work. I managed to do it, thought it took 30 minutes instead of 20.

Monday I woke up 30 minutes after I was supposed to be at work. Friday I was way late, because Warren decided the laws of physics didn't apply to him and got us stuck.

For me to have that much tardiness in such a short period has to be some kind of record.

To be fair, I haven't been sleeping lately and I'm sure that's in part to being out of one of my meds until payday (tommmorrow).

So last night was a battle royal betweeen the coffee I drank during the day and the Benedryl I took at bed time. (okay YouTube didn't help things either).

Tommorrow I will be on time! I hope.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
