I just had to show off my boy and his super amazing handwriting. I tell you somedays its hard to believe he is only 8 years old.

Here he is showing me how well he can do his cursive letters. He is so proud!!

Here is a sample showing off his wonderful letters. He doesn't like the fact that he still has to print on tests and worksheets in school. He says cursive is easier.

Today after work I cashed my child support check and took Warren out to Denny's (his choice). The child support check was only $225 instead of $300, but at least I got that much, considering mostof it is spoken for. Warren was in a super good mood. He was telling me all about the "Boxcar Children" and the something or other mystery. Of course when I asked him why he was in such a super good mood, first he said something about getting away with something, then changed his story and started trying to convince me the teacher's were all on strike and he didn't have school tommorrow. (That boy has a great future in politics!!) I've also learned that parenting boys is not for the weak, squemish, or easily fooled. After eating a fair portion of his food, he had to go to the bathroom. He was in there for a bit of a while and then came out and announced "I feel like I could eat the world now that I've taken a poop" The joy of boys!! Then he has the nerve to accuse me of embarrassing him by talking about baths.. Kids!!

Project Xena seems to be working, sort of. Xena loves having her own space and is much happier, but Chester still insists on being a bully towards her. I have to hold him out when I go in or out. If he gets in he will go after her, like a hunter after his prey. She of course is terrified. But when there aren't any feline terrors around, she is a little ham. I go in and she meows at me, and rubs all over my legs. When I play with her she doesn't like to be held quite so much, but she loves to be petted and brushed. She is starting to gain a litte more in the middle, but has a bad habit of getting all the litter out of the kitty box. Chester has also become more needy and affectionate than before. Chloe is the same old hair loving Chloe. The joys of cats..

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
