I managed to accomplish absolutely nothing yesterday. My headache was so bad I took a bunch of my son's junior advil (I was out of the adult stuff)and one sominex. Then I took a long bath and went to bed early. It was Saturday so Warren watched Cartoons then came up to bed. He only slept till about 10, so I doubt he was up that late. Mike is waffling on wether or not to take Warren for a few hours today. It figures. Must be nice to only parent when you feel like it??

Warren is aching to do more graphics stuff on the computer. I have more pictures to upload, but I guess they will have to wait. I may even put up some of the pics that Warren made. They are actually quite good for an 8 year old who is new to the world of graphics.

Later I need to run to the store. I have an over whelming urge to make a carrot cake, and we are out of baking soda sine the last box we had was left sitting on the counter durning the flood in my kitchen. It absorbed a ton of water and turned into a nice sold white brick. I think Martha must have came back undetected, as I feel like going all out and making the full decadent carrot cake complete with pineapple and cream cheese frosting. Maybe I'll even decorate it. I may pick up some shortening too, as I also feel an urge to make cookies. I have no idea what that is all about.

Well Warren is pulling the "now please mom" routine so time to let the little freckled one have his turn at the computer.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
