Feeling very anti-social lately. Not sure why but I have a few theories I prefer not to think about. Just not in a chatty mood.

Found a place to live. It's clean, well kept, in an nice neighborhood, cheaper and lots of other good things, but I hate it. Not the apartment just things it represts. Like climbing to the top of Mt.Everest, only to hit some ice and slide back down to the bottom on your ass.

Warren is still Warren, but seems to be a new and improved version. A more likeable version, though the relationship is still a bit strange at times. I think it is because he is 15, and trying to move away from me. I'm his mom and still trying to adjust to not seeing him as my baby boy, but my almost an adult son. I always thought letting go would be easier. I guess that's why my folks, couild never cut the apron strings.

I saw him checking out some cut girls {his age}, and when I commented on it, he got very angry and embarrassed. I guess sex is not a subject teen boys like to talk to mom about. I didn't even say anything, other than I saw him checking them out, his neck was doing a 180, so it was hard to miss.

This afternoon we went to see WALL-E. Some how Schiessa invited himself along. The movie was really cute. It wasn't Pixar's best , or even second best, but it did have heart and a sweetness to it. However I must say it's political statement about our piling of useles garbage and being dominated by a corporacracy, is more than a little ironic when one considers the amount of junk that is in the landfill everyday with a Pixar copyrighted image on it. To say nothing of thier partnerships and contracts with some of the largest corporatacy's around. {and this will make sense if you've seen the movie, the amount of junk food sales they support}. Makes about as much sense as and anti smoking ad from Phillip Morris. But I still say go see it, the short cartoon alone is worth the price of admission. Who needs words to be funny.

Maybe I'm feeling a little more social. But time for beddby. Monday morning, always comes way to early for me.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
