[What year was it?] 1986-1987 Clas of '87

[What were your three favourite bands?] hard to say I was in to alot of different music, but my best friend was a big country music fan I guess I'll say Alabama, Abba, for sure. I didn't really have one favorite band. I listened to a lot of music, mostly modern country, pop and classic rock.. I was uncool even back then..

[What was your favourite outfit?] worn out jeans, old sneakers and a comfy t-shirt. Fashion was not my thing.

[What was up with your hair?] Actually pretty much the same as it is now. I usually had it pulled back in a pony tail or worn long, depending on my mood. Occassionally I would braid it or something, if I was feeling ambitious. I didn't do the big 80's hair that some kids did.

[Who were your best friends?] Chris B. Erla A. Darlene C. Roxanne, Julya (Erla's younger sister), Angela, Stacy H., I recently found Chris again thru the magic of Google.

[What did you do after school?] Usually came home, watched tv, did my homework.. sometimes went out and chilled with my friends, or talked on the phone.

[Did you take the bus?] Not once I was a senior..driving was the thing.. at least the last half of my senior year..

[Who did you have a crush on?] Grant L.(real life), otherwise Harrison Ford (we go way back), McGyver, Mel Gibson, and the guy who played Rick on Simon & Simon

[Did you fight with your parents?] Some but not as much as it might have seemed like at the time.

[Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?] see above

[Did you smoke cigarettes?] NOPE

[Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?]Nope.. I had my books in my locker and it was a small school so everybody just went to their locker between classes.

[Did you have a 'clique'?] Yes, more or less, see the names listed above. We all kind of hung out together.

[Did you have "The Max" like Zach, Kelly, and Slater?]Sort of.. for lunch everybody usually ran across the street to either the Red Rooster or Ken's Chicken Inn (though I think the name had changed by then, but that's what it was known as), and ate and watched soaps. But senior year I usually at with Chris and played Star Trek trivia as we had a year long game going.. eventually she won, but only by one question so I had to buy her a pizza. (remember what I said about uncool even then)

[Admit it, were you popular?] Nope, not even close..too wierd

[Who did you want to be just like?] To be honest I don't think there was anyone I wanted to be like that I can think of or remember.. though I really did look up to the lady who played Uhura on Star Trek (Nichelle Nichols), and Princess Leia was also a role model (man I really was super geeky).

[What did you want to be when you grew up?] At the time I was seriously considering teaching or running a daycare.

[Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now?]Married with kids and running my own daycare or teaching full time. One out of three isn't too bad, condisering I've changed considerbly since those days. I was only 17 when I graduated high school (the joys of starting first grade 2 weeks after my 6th birthday).

By the way, for those intersted I also added a new mood thing in place of my screwed up blogger pet..

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
