After an entire day of computer shopping I finally came home with.........a giant headache. I know exactly what I want in a computer, but the trick is finding it for the best deal, because funds are tight and I am feeling guilty enough for even trying to buy this.

I am also loving my new haircut. Its a bit shorter than I would like but still long and now it has some layers in it. Its fluffy and wavy and having somebody else shampoo and comb my hair felt heavenly. Hair appoinments always end to quickly for me.

Warrens dr. appt went great. Apparently he and Dr. W are hitting it off great. Warren can't wait to go back. Now if I can just get thru his meeting with the Juvy officer next week (related to his suspension back in Oct. Check the archives - I'm too tired to look for the right link). Warren's been doing so great since then I am thinking they won't make a big stink.

Speaking of Warren. He also has a bad case of insomnia, which means he will be a royal ass pain to wake in the morning (like his dear old mom) and will be a grump in school all day. I'm debating on wether or not to give him a benadryl I normally wouldn't this late but other wise he could be up for a long time. He is trying to look at books which is great, but he also needs his sleep, as do I. Hopefully there wont' be any nocturnal hijinks tonight.

Hopefully it will soon warm up, after three days of 0> temperatures, the thrill has definatly worn off. If it gets much colder I really well be able to answer the old riddle about how could it has to be for water to freeze before it hits the ground. The other day I was wearing a sweater over a sweater.

Mini-Bio

In every neighborhood there is at least one house that all the neighbors gossip about. This is a diary from the woman who lives in that house. I am a single mother in her mid thirties. I live in North Dakota with my son, Warren.

I tend to be a bit of a slob, and am the opposite of a girly-girl. I am geek girl, who loves Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Buffy, Angel, action movies, science fiction, action adventure, Dr. Who, and so on and so on.

I love to write and while I don't post much fiction online anymore I would love to be a writer someday. I am also overweight, bipolar and suffer from allergy induced asthma.
